Return Policy

Right of Return

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return any product, no justification required.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

• Be in original condition, with no signs of use
• Be in its original packaging
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

1. Contact us via the Contact page, stating your order number and reason for return
2. Await our response with shipping instructions
3. Send the product to the indicated address
4. After we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days

Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product.

Defective Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
